Hey guys ! I wanted to talk about two of my favourite purse brands !
1.Kate Spade – I actually just got my very first purse from there at Christmas and it has not disappointed. I got the tote style bag. If you are a girl like me and need absolutely everything in your purse then this is the one for you. It is just one big compartment and has so much room. Lets be real here I carry everything from a toothbrush to a day planner to extra snacks in my purse… you need it and I got it!
2.Matt&Nat – This is my all time place to buy smaller purses that aren’t the tote style. I don’t know if you have ever heard of it before, but it is amazing. Honestly it will not disappoint you. They are very fair priced purses and they have a variety from small hand purses to crossbody to diaper bag purses. They have super pretty colours and last for a really long time. I will post some of the purses that I have from there just to show you all the different shaped and sizes they come in! Definitely worth checking out !!
Let’s talk about Buddha Bowls! I have an
amazing and simple recipe for a Buddha Bowl and I had one last night for supper.
Don’t get me wrong they are great to have at restaurants too, but on days that
I don’t want to go out to eat (which is usually) then it makes it convenient in
order to recreate it at home. Plus, it is much cheaper in price to do it yourself.
First off, I used rice noodles (any brand will work) you cook them up and place
them in the bottom of your bowl (rice works too). Next, you get all your
veggies either steamed or roasted and the veggies that I used were: sweet
potatoes, zucchini, carrots and broccoli. I have also added mushrooms and sprouts
before too! So, you top your noodles with your veggies and then add some
protein like chicken or tofu if you are a vegetarian or vegan. I just cut my
chicken into small chunks after I cooked it in the oven. Lastly, I made my own
homemade sauce. It was a sesame peanut sauce that I made. I added a little bit
of Sesame Tahini, soya sauce and sweet-sour sauce and mixed it together in a
mason jar. Once it was mixed I poured it over my bowl. THAT IS ALL !!!! It is
seriously that easy and you have an amazing buddha bowl. I usually make extra
of everything so that I can meal prep and use it for 2-3 meals that way it
saves time and you have a lunch or supper made for the next day!

Do you guys have
a morning routine? Or maybe you don’t even notice that you have one! So I am
still living with my mom right now… (only for another month because I bought my
first house!!!!!) We wake every morning, have our coffee and turn on
ELLEN!!!!!! We watch Ellen every morning and if we miss one we have it recorded
so we can watch it after work or on the weekend! We have been watching Ellen together
forever! I keep trying to get us tickets, but it is so hard to get them!
Anyways we love it and it always makes us cry when she give away the free stuff
to the people who deserve it the most.

Hey guys! My mom and I (aka. my forever
bestfriend) decided that we would do a little bit of an introduction. We have
decided to do this anonymously just because we are doing this blog for fun and
we just want to share things to others that we love and that have helped us and
basically everyday life things that people do not always talk about. So I am
the daughter part of this blog. As a career I am a Financial Analyst and I have
my Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting. I always played sports
going up and loved every second of it. I grew up close with my family and of
course growing up to become best friends with my mom. I love my family, working
out, health, food, sports, reading, travelling, work and many more things. I
will give my opinions on here and cool things that I know because I want to be
able to share these things with everybody. If something makes me happy of
course I want other people to try it because they might love it just as much!

I am a very positive and upbeat person, but
that being said I am human and still have bad days (doesn’t everyone). A couple
of things that I started to do that I found helped whenever I felt anxious or
upset was to journal. I have a special notebook in my room that I just write down
how I feel and what is happening in my life (this may sound childish) but it
does work so don’t knock it until you try it!!! Another thing is having a bath.
Start up a candle and maybe even turn on a show and just relax. Relaxing is one
of the best ways to get rid of anxiety. Find your favorite relaxation routine.
Anyways I know that isn’t a lot of information but this blog is just starting so stay tuned !!!
Hey everyone!! My first post is going to be about food. Honestly it is talked about so much because it is something that we do every single day. EAT. I absolutely love food and I love trying new things. I do not ‘diet’ or do any ‘fads’ just because I do not like to limit what I eat… and really if someone is going to offer me a cookie I am going to say HECK YES!
I am going to do some recommendations on my absolute favourite foods! I do want to let everyone know that I am NOT a dietitian nor do I have any training in the related field.. I just want to share my opinions and favourite things to eat so maybe you can get ideas and try something you never have before!
Since I workout a fair amount and always try to get my protein in me my morning always starts with a protein coffee. It is extremely simple to make and tastes amazing!!! How I make it is : 1 coffee mug of coffee (any coffee type of your choice, but I drink Tim Hortons Keurig cups) and then 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Select protein powder – cafe vanilla frappe flavour). Next, you blend it in a blend and poor it into your coffee mug and voila easy as 123 you have a protein coffee. I will add a picture of my protein below! I have heard so many people say that they tried protein coffee and it was terribly! I think it really depends on the flavour and brand that you use. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do !

Another one of my favourite kind of protein is a protein bar. My all-time favourite brand is the ONE Bar. It is comes in a variety of flavour! My top 3 favourite flavour are 1. Birthday Cake 2. Cookies and Cream 3. Peanut Butter Pie These will not disappoint! I would love to hear what your favourite protein bar brand is and what kind you recommend!
